5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

Prices for services are displayed in USD and may change with notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5.2 Refund Policy

• Tool Submissions: Refundable within 7 days if not approved
• Featured Listings: Refundable within 48 hours if not activated
• Credits: Non-refundable once purchased
• Subscriptions: Refundable within 14 days of initial purchase

5.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension and loss of access to services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engage in spam, phishing, or malicious activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
